Expressway exit (exit 19), towards Owings Mills/Reisterstown (9 mi).  Take the Rte 30 NORTH exit (Exit 9A), on the left towards Hanover(Rte 140) (10 mi). Turn LEFT onto Rte 97 SOUTH, 0.4 mi. Stables is at the intersection of Rt. 97 and East Main/Rt. 32.

From Frederick: Take I-70 EAST (22 mi). Take the MD-97 exit (exit 76), towards Westminster (17.4 mi). Stables is at the intersection of Rt. 97 and East Main/Rt. 32.

Tommy's Place, 8910 Mathis Avenue, Manassas, VA 20110 703-368-6500 "Biggest wood dance floor in Manassas."

Every Friday and Saturday from 9:30 pm to 1:30 am, Tommy's has Country Western dancing to the vibes of a live band. Tommy's also offers typical American cuisine with abundant Italian and Greek dishes.

One patron gave the following review, "The owner put a lot of money into it and it's very nice. The house band at least as good as Southern Winds. They are hard core country but play some fun stuff too. The dance floor is big enough that people were doing circle couples dances, two steps, and the like. It's plenty big to line dance as well. It's raised above the first level and has a black and while checkered floor. It's really a cute little place with lots of booths and seats with easy access to the dance floor and the band. It's definitely worth checking out. They have a main bar, pool tables, and darts. The crowd was very lively. You can tell the owners made a nice investment in the country scene."

Wednesday & Sunday: Usually a Latin Club, Coco Loco now offers CW couples & line dancing with a CW band. [Lesson from 9 - 10 pm], Open dancing till 1am. No cover charge. Full dinners are available Mon - Sat. before 10 pm.

Coco Loco is near Chinatown at the Northwest side of the MCI Center at 7th & H streets. There is plenty of parking on 7th street and side streets or you can take Metro to Gallery Place or Chinatown (red, yellow, and green lines).

They offer two-stepping & line dancing on all dancing nites. They also have lessons several evenings a week for beginning and intermediate dancers (two-step and line dances. The music is by DJ, Thurs nite there's no cover after 9:30, and it's $4 on Friday thru Sunday.

The clientele is mostly gay, but tend not to discriminate - everyone is welcome.
